As of June 2026, 58.10% is owned by Foreign Promoters and 41.90% by Public.

Institutional holds 23.14% (Insurance Companies 0.03%) and Non-Institutional holds 18.77% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Aegis Logistics company are Huron Holdings Limited (1111.71 lakhs shares / 31.67%) and Trans Asia Petroleum Inc (927.54 lakhs shares / 26.43%).
