We wish to inform that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, i.e. July 20,2026, has approved the appointment of M/s MSV & Associates (Firm Registration No. P2018RJ071900) as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the FY 2026-27 pursuant to Section 204 of Companies Act,2013.
