SG Finserve Ltd, a non-banking financial company (NBFC), has launched a fully digital lending solution in partnership with BharatPe Money as the Lending Service Provider (LSP) and Succesship Technologies as its technology partner.

The platform is designed to improve access to formal credit for MSMEs and merchants by offering a paperless loan application process, faster approvals, and minimal documentation. Built in line with the Reserve Bank of India's Digital Lending Guidelines, the solution emphasizes customer consent, transparency, responsible lending, and regulatory compliance.

By combining SG Finserve's lending expertise, BharatPe's extensive merchant network, and Succesship's technology platform, the partnership aims to expand credit access and provide a seamless borrowing experience for small businesses across India.
