Bosch has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended June 30, 2026

As of June 2026, 70.54% is owned by Promoters and 29.46% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 2.78% and Foreign Promoters holds 67.76%.

Institutional holds 22.27% (Insurance Companies 7.65%) and Non-Institutional holds 7.19% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Bosch company are Robert Bosch Internationale Beteiligungen Ag (199.84 lakhs shares / 67.75%) and Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited (8.21 lakhs shares / 2.78%).
