As of June 2026, 63.54% is owned by Foreign Promoters and 36.46% by Public.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Foseco India company are Foseco Overseas Limited (37.04 lakhs shares / 49.15%), Vesuvius Holdings Limited (5.44 lakhs shares / 7.22%) and Foseco (UK) Limited (5.41 lakhs shares / 7.17%).
