As of June 2026, 73.35% is owned by Indian Promoters and 26.65% by Public.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Eco Recycling company are Ecoreco Ventures Private Limited (100.71 lakhs shares / 52.19%), Brijkishor Kishangopal Soni (26.83 lakhs shares / 13.91%), Aruna Brijkishor Soni (11.63 lakhs shares / 6.03%) and Brijkishore Soni Huf (2.36 lakhs shares / 1.22%).
