As of June 2026, 43.43% is owned by Indian Promoters, 56.37% by Public and 0.20% by Non Promoters-Non Public.

Institutional holds 17.23% (Insurance Companies 1.24%) and Non-Institutional holds 39.14% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Hi-Tech Pipes company are Ajay Kumar Bansal (214.71 lakhs shares / 10.57%), Anish Bansal (156.69 lakhs shares / 7.71%), Vipul Bansal (132.56 lakhs shares / 6.53%), Aks Buildcon Private Limited (85.20 lakhs shares / 4.19%) and Hi-Tech Agrovision Private Limited (81.60 lakhs shares / 4.02%).
