As of June 2026, 65.16% is owned by Indian Promoters and 34.84% by Public.

Institutional holds 11.96% (Insurance Companies 0.83%) and Non-Institutional holds 22.87% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Modern Threads company are Generotrade Exim LLP (156.61 lakhs shares / 45.03%) and Arihant Beneficiary Trust through trustee Lalitha Ranka (70.00 lakhs shares / 20.13%).
