As of June 2026, 43.56% is owned by Indian Promoters and 56.44% by Public.

Institutional holds 7.94% (Insurance Companies 1.99%) and Non-Institutional holds 48.49% as Public shareholders.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Easy Trip Planners company are Rikant Pittie (9172.80 lakhs shares / 23.02%), Nishant Pitti (4537.22 lakhs shares / 11.39%) and Prashant Pitti (3646.54 lakhs shares / 9.15%).
