Resubmission of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Result of the company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 pursuant to the observation received from the BSE Limited due to some inadvertent error occurred while entering certain data in consolidated cash flow statement at the time of filing. The said error has been rectified and correct standalone and consolidated financial result are being re-submitted for the records. All other documents forming part of the outcome of the board meeting dated May 27, 2026 remains unchanged.
