As of June 2026, 52.44% is owned by Promoters and 47.56% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 36.47% and Foreign Promoters holds 15.97%.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of AION-TECH Solutions company are Trinity Infraventures Limited (189.46 lakhs shares / 36.25%), Mahita Prasad Caddell (72.23 lakhs shares / 13.82%), Karthik Sanjay Ponnapula (11.22 lakhs shares / 2.15%) and L Preetha Priyadarshini (1.14 lakhs shares / 0.22%).
