Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, we hereby inform the Exchange that the Company has received an order dated 3rd July 2026 passed by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench in CP(CAA) No. 18/Chd/Pb/2026 connected with CP(CAA) No. 11/Chd/Pb/2026, received by the Company on 15th July 2026.
