Infosys has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended June 30, 2026

As of June 2026, 13.82% is owned by Indian Promoters, 85.97% by Public and 0.21% by Non Promoters-Non Public.

Institutional holds 70.05% (Insurance Companies 16.20%) and Non-Institutional holds 15.88% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Infosys company are Sudha Gopalakrishnan (953.57 lakhs shares / 2.55%), Rohan Murty (608.13 lakhs shares / 1.63%), Nandan M Nilekani (407.90 lakhs shares / 1.09%), Akshata Murty (389.57 lakhs shares / 1.04%) and Asha Dinesh (385.79 lakhs shares / 1.03%).
