The Company has completed the acquisition of 51% Equity Stake of Trichy Metals and Alloys Private Limited on July 15, 2026. Pursuant to this acquisition, Trichy Metals and Alloys Private Limited has become the subsidiary of POCL Enterprises Limited with effect from July 15, 2026. The disclosure in this regard is enclosed.
