The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.66 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.49 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.63 per cent at Rs 12.99 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 42.01 per cent to Rs 16.26 crore from Rs 11.45 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 5.48 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 567.35 per cent to Rs -3.27 crore as against Rs -0.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 457.65 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
