Grabal Alok (UK) Limited ( GAL ), a step-down subsidiary of the Company, incorporatedin the United Kingdom, has been dissolved effective July 11, 2026. Accordingly, GAL hasceased to be a subsidiary of the Company with effect from the aforesaid date.
