The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.29 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 440.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 808.24 per cent at Rs 16.53 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 588.50 per cent to Rs 7.78 crore from Rs 1.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 29.22 per cent at Rs 1.09 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.54 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1169.57 per cent to Rs 8.76 crore as against Rs 0.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 40.36 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 71.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.25 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 2.31 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
