The Board of Directors of RCC Cements Limited ('the Company'), at its meeting held on Friday, July 10, 2026, at the Registered Office of the Company situated at 702, Arunachal Building, 19, Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001, has, inter alia, approved the designation of a portion of the premises situated at Office No. 712, 7th Floor, Indraprakash Building, 21, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi - 110001 (\the said Premises\), as the Corporate Office of the Company, with a view to facilitating and supporting its corporate, administrative and operational functions.
