Midwest Energy Limited, along with Midwest Limited and Non- Ferrous Materials Technology Development Centre (NFTDC), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Perusahaan Mineral Nasional (Persero), Indonesia's state-owned stretegic minerals enterprise.
