The Company is in receipt of the Observation Letter with \No Adverse Obserservation Remark\ to the Scheme from BSE Limited, in relation to the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation between Planetfirst Green Private Limited (Transferor Company) with and into POCL Enterprises Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors.
