Bliss GVS Pharma - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

We like to inform you that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. July 07, 2026 has approved the allotment of 1,87,750 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each to the eligible employee who their stock options under Bliss GVS Pharma Limited-Employee Stock Option Plan 2019 (Bliss GVS ESOP-2019).
