The Board of Directors of Alfavision Overseas (India) Limited, at its meeting held today, i.e., Wednesday, July 1, 2026, has, inter alia, approved:\r\n\r\nThe acquisition of 34% equity shares of Alfa Valley Resort & Wellness Private Limited, increasing the Company's shareholding to 74%, pursuant to which it will become a subsidiary, subject to completion of necessary formalities.\r\n\r\nSubmission of a joint application by Alfa Valley Resort & Wellness Private Limited and Della Resort & Adventure Private Limited for allotment of approximately 113 hectares of Government land under the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Policy, 2025, for a proposed ?300 Crore Ultra Mega Tourism Project, subject to requisite approvals.
