We hereby inform you that the Board, at its meeting held on May 30, 2025 had appointed Mr Puneet Sahtani, Practising Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2025-26. He informed vide letter dated June 30, 2026, the Company that he would not be able to continue with the Secretarial Audit for the Financial Year 2025-26 consequent to the surrender of his Certificate of Practice (COP).\r\n\r\nThe Board of Directors, at its meeting held today i.e. July 01, 2026 took the same on records and appointed M/s Prashant Malhotra & Associates, Company Secretaries, COP No. 18880, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 in place of earlier one.
