Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations this is to inform you that the Company has received a letter of resignation on June 30, 2026 from Mrs. Prerna Bhargav Gor, tendering her resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company. Her resignation shall be effective from closure of business hours on July 07, 2026.
