Hanman Fit - Submission Of Board Resolution Authorising Mr. Divesh Shantaram Koli To Sign The Financial Statements

This is with reference to the discrepancy raised by BSE regarding compliance with Regulation 33(2)(b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 for the financial results for the year ended 31/03/2026. Hence, attaching herewith certified true copy of the board resolution authorising Mr. Divesh Shantaram Koli to sign the financial statements.
