Deep Health AI India - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), we wish to inform that the Company has made acquisition of 06.37%, each of the paid-up equity share capital of Leapfrog Engineering Services Ltd. the details of which are mentioned below in 'Annexure A', respectively. We enclose herewith the details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations and 1 of Para A of Part A of the Schedule III of the aforesaid regulation, read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, in Annexure to this letter.
