Belding India Limited has announced the incorporation of a new joint venture subsidiary, Belding HD India Private Limited, in partnership with HD Fabcon Private Limited.
The newly formed company, incorporated in India on June 22, 2026, will focus on opportunities in the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and renewable energy sectors. The joint venture is structured with Belding India holding a 55% stake and HD Fabcon holding the remaining 45%.
The venture aims to combine HD Fabcon's business development and market access expertise with Belding India's strengths in manufacturing, project execution, operations, and project management. It will primarily focus on identifying, securing, executing, and managing large-scale projects while building long-term strategic customer relationships.
Belding India has subscribed to 5,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each, amounting to an investment of Rs 55,000 in cash, giving it a 55% ownership stake in the newly incorporated entity. No regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation.
