Kiran Syntex Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/06/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Scheme of Merger between Kiran Syntex Limited (Transferee Company) and Gujarat Kiran Polytex Limited (Transferor Company).
