Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received Letter of Award (LOA) for the Charter of one of its vessels for a period of four (4) years plus one (1) year extension at an annual contract value of approx. INR 31.00 crores.\r\nThe said LOA is subject to final execution of a Charter Party Agreement in this regard.
