Avro India - Intimation Of Receipt Of In-Principle Approval From National Stock Exchange Of India Limited And Approval From B

Pursuant to Reg. 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Company has received Inprincipal approval from National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide and approval from BSE Limited for listing of 1060900 equity shares to non-promoters on preferential basis.
