Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and Company's Policy the Board of Directors have authorized the Key Managerial Personnels of the Company to determine the materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosure to the Stock Exchanges.
