The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 13.35 crore compared to net loss of Rs 6.25 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 57.29 per cent at Rs 48.05 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 112.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 74.17 per cent to Rs 30.71 crore from Rs 118.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 51.17 per cent at Rs 2.72 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 5.57 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 369.94 per cent to Rs 17.33 crore as against Rs -6.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 731.87 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 6.99 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 6825.00 per cent at Rs 2.69 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.04 crore).
