We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on today the 15th June, 2026, fixed Wednesday, July 08, 2026 as Cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to cast their votes through remote e-voting and e-voting during the 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Remote e-voting period shall commence on Sunday, July 12, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and end on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. (IST).
