Au Small Fin. Bank - Shareholder Meeting / Postal Ballot-Scrutinizer\s Report

In continuation to our letter dated May 15, 2026, regarding notice of Postal Ballot and pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations and Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, we hereby inform that the resolution in the notice of postal ballot dated May 12, 2026 has been duly passed by the members of the Bank with requisite majority on June 14, 2026.
