Jetking Infotrain - Intimation Of Incorporation Of A Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Company Outside India (In United Arab Emirates)

With reference to our earlier outcome of the Board meeting held and submitted on November 06, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (\LODR Regulations\), we would like to inform that Jetking Infotrain Limited (\the Company\), has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary outside India (in United Arab Emirates), namely, Jetking Limited on June 11, 2026.
