This is to inform you that the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 will be delayed on account of finalisation of accounts and completion of audit procedures by the Statutory auditors. The results shall be submitted to the Stock Exchange at the earliest upon completion of the said process and Board approval. The Company regrets the delay.
