JTL Industries wins Rs 26.7 crore order for supply of GI Pipes

JTL Industries Limited has secured an order worth Rs 26.7 crore for the supply of Galvanized Iron (GI) Pipes for water supply and distribution projects in Himachal Pradesh.

The order involves the supply of approximately 3,425 metric tonnes of GI pipes for projects being undertaken by the Jal Shakti Vibhag. The contract underscores JTL's growing presence in the water infrastructure segment and its capability to serve large-scale government and institutional projects.

The company said increasing investments in water infrastructure and distribution networks across India continue to create significant opportunities for the steel pipes industry. JTL aims to capitalize on these opportunities through its diversified product portfolio, integrated manufacturing facilities, and extensive distribution network.

The order is expected to enhance revenue visibility and further strengthen the company's position as a reliable supplier of steel pipe products for infrastructure development projects.

Commenting on the development, Madan Mohan said the order is an important addition to the company's order book and reflects its ability to meet the requirements of large-scale infrastructure projects. He noted that water infrastructure remains a key demand driver for steel pipes in India amid ongoing investments in water supply and distribution systems.

He also highlighted JTL's focus on quality and manufacturing excellence, supported by various domestic and international certifications, including CE, ISO 9001, UKCA, UL, ACRS, and Active Fire certifications, along with compliance with Indian standards such as IS 1239, IS 4923, and IS 3601. These certifications support the company's presence across a broad range of infrastructure and industrial applications in both domestic and export markets.
