In continuation to our earlier letter dated 23rd April, 2026 and 27th March, 2026 and pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we are pleased to inform that 'CEIGALL AMBALA CHANDIGARH ZIRAKPUR LIMITED', Project Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) has executed the Concession Agreement with the National Highways Authority of India on 09th June 2026
