Esab India has declared 250% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Esab India Ltd. on Tuesday, 02 June 2026, has announced Final dividend of 250 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 23 July 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 23 July 2026.

The last five dividends are 250% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 13 February 2026), 250% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 14 November 2025), 420% Final dividend (Ex Date : 07 August 2025), 230% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 20 February 2025) and 250% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 November 2024).
