Happiest Minds Tech has declared 182.50% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd. on Friday, 29 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 182.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 17 July 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 17 July 2026.

The last five dividends are 137.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 04 November 2025), 175% Final dividend (Ex Date : 18 July 2025), 125% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 27 November 2024), 162.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 June 2024) and 125% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 30 October 2023).
