Happy Forgings has declared 200% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Happy Forgings Ltd. on Thursday, 21 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 200 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Monday, 20 July 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 20 July 2026.

The last two dividends are 150% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 July 2025) and 200% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 July 2024).
