The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.31 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 9.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.72 per cent at Rs 48.78 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 57.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.68 per cent to Rs 42.60 crore from Rs 51.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 8.48 per cent at Rs 1.51 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.65 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.44 per cent to Rs 6.18 crore as against Rs 6.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.66 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 138.60 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.36 crore, while Taxation decreased by 51.75 per cent at Rs 1.10 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.28 crore).
