The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.98 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 942.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 89.64 per cent at Rs 5.85 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 56.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 88.31 per cent to Rs 6.66 crore from Rs 56.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 69.47 per cent at Rs 0.40 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.31 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 67.35 per cent to Rs -0.82 crore as against Rs -0.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1503.45 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 350.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation decreased by 706.06 per cent at Rs -2.00 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.33 crore).
