The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.94 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 7.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.47 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 40.08 per cent at Rs 15.22 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 31.54 per cent to Rs 12.07 crore from Rs 17.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 268.00 per cent at Rs 0.92 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.25 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 59.46 per cent to Rs 3.15 crore as against Rs 7.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 32.31 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 309.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.86 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
