The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.88 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 38.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.81 per cent at Rs 283.50 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 249.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.45 per cent to Rs 268.08 crore from Rs 232.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 18.98 per cent at Rs 2.22 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.74 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.76 per cent to Rs 15.42 crore as against Rs 16.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.76 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 10.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 60.95 per cent at Rs 0.41 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.05 crore).
