The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.62 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 90.45 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.68 per cent at Rs 118.49 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 109.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.71 per cent to Rs 111.66 crore from Rs 90.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 627.27 per cent at Rs 0.80 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.11 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 63.65 per cent to Rs 6.82 crore as against Rs 18.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 66.53 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 29.49 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 81.06 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore (Mar'25 Rs 3.22 crore).
