Fines imposed by NSE Limited for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2026 on account of non-compliance with Regulations 17(1), 18(1), 19(1)/19(2),20(2)/(2A) and 21(2) of Listing Regulations. The said fines had been imposed on the Company for reasons beyond the control of the Company.
