The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.12 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.10 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.23 per cent at Rs 12.30 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 25.90 per cent to Rs 10.73 crore from Rs 14.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 122.22 per cent at Rs -0.26 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.17 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3825.00 per cent to Rs 1.57 crore as against Rs 0.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5008.00 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 125.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.81 crore, while Taxation decreased by 87.76 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.49 crore).
