The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.34 crore compared to net profit of Rs 0.55 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 43.51 per cent at Rs 9.27 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 37.50 per cent to Rs 9.75 crore from Rs 15.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 125.00 per cent at Rs 0.45 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.20 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 159.26 per cent to Rs -0.48 crore as against Rs 0.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 205.28 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 135.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.33 crore, while Taxation decreased by 152.38 per cent at Rs -0.11 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.21 crore).
