The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.65 crore compared to net profit of Rs 0.52 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 44.97 per cent at Rs 11.54 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 28.33 per cent to Rs 12.42 crore from Rs 17.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 16700.00 per cent at Rs 3.36 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 124.45 per cent to Rs -0.89 crore as against Rs 3.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 144.16 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 27.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.52 crore, while Taxation increased by 114.29 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.14 crore).
